GetCheapBooks.com Seller Rating Policy

The GetCheapBooks.com uses a system to rate sellers after a purchase has been completed. Buyers rate their experiences with the seller and these ratings are displayed next to price comparison and book listings in an effort to allow buyers to make more informed purchasing decisions. The GetCheapBooks.com marketplace uses the following 5-book ratings:

The constructive and competitive environment encourages sellers to improve their rating by shipping in a timely manner and accurately classifying the quality of their books. Sellers with higher ratings, therefore, are more likely to receive continued business easily sell their books.
Based on book quality, listing price, and shipping time, buyers are encouraged to fairly rate sellers. After the purchase is completed, the buyer will receive an email from GetCheapBooks.com requesting a review of the seller. The ratings are then aggregated together and allow future buyers to view the quality and service that each seller provides.
Buyers may not post defamatory comments about a seller. GetCheapbooks.com is not liable for any remarks that buyers post to the seller rating section of the GetCheapBooks.com marketplace, even if those remarks are slanderous, libelous, or defamatory. We will not review or censor buyer comments except in an effort to remove ratings that contain the following:
Adult content or profanity
Scripts (Javascript or other), links to external websites, or images
Personally identifiable information about a buyer or seller
GetCheapBooks.com also reserves the right to edit or remove a rating if served with a valid legal judgment or arbitration resolution.
